Out of those I don’t think the dead animal aspect of it really figures into it. If they like fishing (or hunting, same deal there), then they probably wouldn’t be compatible with someone who is upset by fishing or hunting pics for the dead animals

It’s silly but it’s a legit hangup some have. So it’s again either a fish pic (“hey at least I’m smiling in that one and it’s not a super awkward selfie”). I get their reasoning

I don’t think there’s anything like that in it. A lot of men just don’t take a lot if any photos of themselves. Catching a good sized fish is one of the rare occasions and you are usually smiling and happy in that one.

They’re already doing the verification and it’s not going away. I definitely prefer a better way to do it

The QR/one time code way makes a lot more sense and avoids this issue
