102·3 days agoNo, they were right and I was wrong. Socrates and Plato had ideas different that typical Greek life, but they were still far from ideal by today’s standards. It is something that I had to do more research on and I’m grateful for that.
That guy is a real fuck though, and can eat a whole cactus.

522·4 days agoSlavery then was very different from the horrors that are chattel slavery. From my reading Socrates and Plato both reject the Greek patriarchy, but if you have writings of Plato’s that shows otherwise I’d love to see them.

2·7 days agoI’m surprised how that hasn’t been a thing yet considering how big the story is.
Yeah it will tackle the most prevalent cancers, like breast and prostate cancer, but be unable to be developed for cancers like brain cancer, since it is a radio pharmaceutical.

You can read more about it here. It is making very good progress, multiple companies are starting to make manufactured levels of the drug, and results are very good. Again, I highly doubt poor people will have access to it.
The company I work for is still going strong, and I feel we’ll have a very tangible cure soon. The only problem I think there is a very small chance any insurance company would let the poors get their hands on it
