The latest figures show that the Ukrainian army lost up to 245 troops in the responsibility area of Russia’s Battlegroup North, more than 210 troops in the responsibility area of the Battlegroup West and some 145 troops in the responsibility area of the Battlegroup South
Donald Tusk has recently acknowledged the rumours about Ukraine needing 30k new recruits per month to maintain replacements levels, so this number is in line with the estimates. However “lost” doesn’t necessarily mean KIA or even casualties, many of them could just be desertions.
