He’s been doing this already? I don’t know why he’s looking for permission when they’ve been kidnapping people and selling them to God knows where. Are they now slaves? Are they being experimented on? Are they just flat out killed? We don’t know. If no one keeps track of it and there is no judicial process, all of the above is likely possible based on reports. Unknown numbers all disappeared in a mass ethnic cleansing. This is a genocide.
