It’s going to be Germany 1933-1945 all over again, except the leader is considered even more of a clown than the first time.

worse, with modern regulation evidence is erased as it’s created… so much survived WW2 as record keeping was easy to smuggle out and was leaked via word of mouth…

England nearly gave in to Germany long before the bombs hit english soil, when they were invading France… we can see parallels to that now and our leaders are in lockstep as unlike Germany who’s economic power was in the toilet before the war, the countries in question now based the world’s systems of trade and economy off of them to ensure it would destabilize everyone if something happened…

it can be summarised easily as you can see it today as well…

wealthy individuals with businesses, were afraid of socialism of any kind and backed fascism, even though in the long term it would result in a loss of money as less people to sell products to or need them. as they intend to get as rich as possible, then leave the industry like real life is a game.

if you can’t see the problem of dissociation at the wealthiest, which has been visible evident since the 2000s starting in the mid 1970s with the first of the post-ww2 generation taking power… it’s easy to lose track of human connection, when you are surrounded by people that only see the vast majority of people as annoying, needy cattle.

Yeah, that’s exactly it. Economies emerged to serve the populace, not the other way around. It’s not the first time in history this kind of inversion has happened, but the systems that engage in it don’t last long.
