Primary file will be whatever installer/iso. Supplementary stuff is a bit awkward but can be put in, and then it pulls metadata from (primarily) IGDB and Mobygames

What you’re not going to pull off is a deeply automated import of PC stuff in the way you can throw a whole ROM library at it and let the scan work.

And the interstates are clear precedent that even in modern times, once a program get normalized American can still move fairly fast, push through opposition and actually get things built.
