Well this is fuel hauling, so multiple stops or loads in a day to service stations. Even if they had rail service set up at the gas station for delivery, rail companies in the US hate small customers like that these days.

It’s now no more than 8 driving without 30 minutes not driving. Used to have to be off duty, but now it can be on duty not driving, so fueling or unloading or whatnot. So not a break per se.
