This exact thing happened in the movie Backdraft(1991). Fire fighters have been doing this for many decades there is a reason it’s illegal to park near hydrants. On top of the broken windows you can almost guarantee a parking ticket in the mail a few days later.
I agree with the other commenter this particular instance is likely bogus. The angle of the hose is too extreme near the truck for the last two. The first picture would have the best flow through the hose. When they put water through it though it’s gonna be up against or on top of the hood of that car.
