It’s not an ignorant question. It’s a totally understandable question to have. This isn’t the first time they’ve done something like this in solidarity with other networks. Though there’s no one at the top of Fox making official statements I believe, the majority of people familiar with the topic seem to think Fox knows it won’t be only Rs running things forever and are trying to toe the line so they don’t get booted completely the next time a D is back in office. I don’t know if I really believe that because it’s not like Fox viewers would watch something else with better coverage, but it’s the most plausible explanation that I’ve seen posed.

Yes! I’m so sick of this stupidity. I just saw someone post about how apparently ChatGPT can replace people, but in the interim those people can’t work remotely. What exactly do they need to be in the office for if something incorporeal can do the same job? Capitalism is ruining the entire planet cause a handful of people are so far up their own that they do not care about anything else.
