No matter how you slice it, sports working is all about drawing random lines to categorize people to be able to compete with eachother. Boxing, wrestling etc… have weight classes. Point is there’s not any specific reason why “biological sex” is the chosen category, and admitted there’s not a reason why it should be. Do cis men overall have inherent advantages over women, yes. Do left handed baseball players have an advantage… seems to be the case for some reason.

Where I don’t think I see it. Is the question of does it actually stop what it says it does. Christians themselves hold the moral double standard of “but it’s not about works”. I don’t know… I will admit the reason he’s fair game and relevant is because he has gone on campaign tours with el sayed and gotten interviews with other DSA candidates. I’d say he’s not relevant to the democrats as a whole, but individuals who bring him to campaign events… are liable in the same way that any republican candidate that invites Kanye or Fuentes is accepting some baggage from them.

That being said, I’d also point out Pikers baggage is just plain stupidly overblown as well. The guy streams for like 8 hours a day. The main “ammunition” against him, is one statement he made 8 years ago along the lines of “America deserved 9/11”. which he admitted he admitted was more of a misphrasing, and meant it as “america is responsible for the conditions that made 9/11 an inevitability”.

There’s a number of downsides with the AI systems, that IMO are features for the ones involved with AI development. Say hardware costs putting gaming and high end computer hardware out of our pricing hands.

Amazon, Microsoft and google, all have the desire to move you to cloud computers, Think of it, instead of owning a computer, you can rent access to your computers and storage, prices can be raised over time once you are locked in. All of them have been sticking their toes in this idea for decades, heck Amazon and Google both tried and failed to make streaming consoles. The only problem, people like owning hardware, and they can’t really compete on price against actual owned hardware. But… if they can’t bring their price down, maybe they can bring the price of owned hardware up until the equation shifts.

Sadly I feel like that’s the ultimate pivot point as well, if AI never turns profitable at least not at the scale they are building, they’ll keep the data centers going under this pivot, and everyone else going all in has their own motives to love the pivot. If the movie and music industry can’t profitably get rid of troublesome writers and actors demanding better treatment. Imagine how much easier policing piracy will be when your hardware is all in the hands of trusted large corporations with media investments. Totalitarian governments will love it even more, on top of whatever survives of AI being able to run flock cameras etc… Microsoft and Amazon will happily give them back doors to everyones computers.

But don’t worry, I’m sure china’s going to ramp up chip production to counter the hardware prices. No way that can be countered by either extreme tarrifs, or just outright laws banning their use in the states like they’ve done with Huweii devices or BYD cars.

So yeah I also agree, slop and misinformation intentionally burrying legitimate sources is just one of many things that we all see as a “bug”, that probably are real “features” to the Epstein class.
