E-ink is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more battery efficient and more pleasant to read: If you just want to read an ebook, this will let you read for days without charging.
I don’t have one of these but I do have a Kobo Libre and it’s great if you like reading. I charge maybe once or twice a month if that.

Fun/gratification. For me personally, it’s mostly just riding bikes and some body weight exercises here and there. Once you acclimate to it, it becomes less of a chore and more something that you look forward to. If I go too long without some kind of physical activity, I actually start to feel shittier.

Hiking/going for walks, sketching, reading (public domain books are free at project gutenberg, libraries are free), watching shows/movies (again, libraries offer access to this locally and through apps like Hoopla, Kanopy, etc. and there’s free streaming off Pluto.tv, Shout.tv, Tubi, etc), music (again, libraries or free streaming), body weight exercises and cardio don’t require a gym.
