Ff I think I get it. Do they think fuel tank needs to be in door so they can take the nossle and fuel it from inside?

Bruh firstly, you don’t need to put the entire fuel tank in the door for that. Secondly, it’s pretty stupid to think grabbing anything outside the car while being inside the car is going to be a comfortable experience.

Keeping aside the obvious hazard, what exactly was going on in this guys head? How does putting tank inside doors help?

Not a big one, but surely the worst one. There was a “make your own perfume” stall in our college fest. I didn’t like the fragrance of most of what they had to offer. It took me time to pick one, but I picked one that I thought was the most unique one.

Then when I came home, I realised it smelt exactly like my dad’s car freshner.

French fries and mac N cheese. Cause both times it’s a recipe I came up with on my own.

With Mac N cheese, the problem was lack of availability of good cheeses where I live. So I made a change to the recipie. Put 2 parts milk, one part cheese slice, and some flavouring oil. I create the flavour oil by heating garlic and onion on very slow heat for like half an hour. The oil gets the confiet garlic flavour, even though garlic crisps up because gas stove is still too hot for the task, and then add the milk and cheese. And damn it turned out great. Just put a little sugar so it emulates cream a little more.

Then fries, I’m trying to make crispy fries that don’t require pulling in and out of freezer, or even double frying. My last batch was sloppy, but I was 85℅ successful. I must experiment a little more to see if it’s even possible to make them 100℅ as perfectly crispy as you get in restaurants, but I’ll try, and if successful, will share the recipe.

I’m a cs graduate, I wish someday there are real projects that I’ve worked on that I would be proud of, but for now it’s just these small achievements😅.

Edit: NOT one part flavouring oil. I use a lot less. I don’t measure it out, but when I’m using 2 part’s cheese, I usually go for a table spoon or two.

A wall clock that was gifted to my grandparents on their marriage anniversary, and I’ve been fighting everyone in the house to keep it.

That clock is close to 40 years old, and still is functional. It’s a simple clock made in Germany. No protective glass or a seconds hand. Just a plain clock that has turn brown over time. Everyone in my home thinks it’s trash. I think it’s an engineering marvel.
