Yeah, I read the article. I get that it’s legit, but at that point the process is so defunct, I wouldn’t even work with a text at all. Just call FedEx directly with your tracking.

Shame on FedEx though. Obviously an atypical case, with an out-of-country delivery, etc. I try to avoid that as much as possible; it’s always a problem in my experience.
