Thanks, It does work out to be less, and I haven’t pushed them on compensation, nor leveraged the offer at my current employ. Just trying to work out what would be acceptable to do, I’m never good with this kind of thing when it comes to jobs/employers and don’t want to alienate myself anywhere.
