yeah, in fact the previous owner told me when he looked at the house in 1980 he saw that water heater and figured it would go out any day so he bought a brand new and rolled it in with his home loan and left in the barn for when it was needed. The “brand new” water heater has rusted all the way through without ever having been used.

The tube TV in my bedroom. My bed and the Sears mattress on it. Most of our furniture, save the kitchen table and one of our bookshelves. Our SNES & N64.

I have clothes that are over 20 years old that I keep thinking I might lose with weight to for into again.

My 23 year old pickup just kicked the bucket this spring.

My GE water heater has a metal plate on it stating it meets all the new 1945 safety regulations.

My house was built in 1875, according to the local historical society, or 1912 according to the county. I suspect the difference is that in 1875 you didn’t need to file building permits with the county, but by the time they put the addition on in 1912 you did.

My Bachelor’s Degree is over 20 years old, but I’ve never used that.
