Are we so forgetful that we’ve forgotten a time when we could think and want to find or understand something without having a predictive text algorithm chew up the entire internet, combining the useful stuff with horse piss and dog shit, and then splitting it in our mouths?

People have learned and understood Linux better than either of us have been doing so since the 90’s without outsourcing their troubleshooting and reading capabilities.
