Not my experience. I used to work with animals, and many of my clients, or people I did animal rescue work with, were religious. The animal rescue work, specifically, seemed to attract people who were extremely religious.

I’ve seen bears out in the woods, and walking down the road in front of my house. Also foxes, although they aren’t big. They were chill, so I was chill. Obviously not interested in anything I was doing.

Being a landlord is a job, not an investment, unless you’d plan on being a slumlord. Costs are unpredictable, and you’d need to learn about your legal obligations to your tenants to ensure that you didn’t open yourself up to a lawsuit.
