Best I can do is a protracted court case that basically boils down to “US government vs. US government” and ends up costing both sides far more money than was actually spent on the ad. Eventually, it will result in a court order that the administration is not allowed to do that … an order that the administration will ignore without consequence.

I don’t think you want to do that for the simple reason that there are still plenty of impoverished black people living in those areas (because that’s where their family comes from… because their ancestors were slaves), and giving MAGAts an entire swath of the southeast full of minorities to abuse who are probably too poor to leave just sounds like a roundabout way to revive the CSA.
No, these people need serious deprogramming, therapy, jailtime and/or even guillotining for the ringleaders; not their own fiefdom to inflict more terror on others.
