A probably stupid idea I thought of is vote swapping (e.g. someone in a deep red state who wants their blue vote to matter and someone in a swing/blue state who wants to vote green without splitting their state’s vote swapping who they vote for and both benefitting)
That is what I normally do but they don’t always run everywhere
