Rogaine and Viagra are gender affirming care older men do constantly. People allow their daughter’s breast augmentation surgery before they’re finished developing. Gender affirming care bans exempt coercive surgeries on intersex infants.

For Rogaine, don’t all genders like hair? Is it seen as less manly to be bald?
I guess it’s probably the latter, but it just seems gender neutral to me.
I’m also confused as to how Rogaine is gender-affirming for men. Most manly thing you can be is balding because that means high testosterone.
Which is not to say I don’t think cis people can get gender-affirming care. I just don’t see how having hair affirms being male. Maybe if you used Rogaine to grow chest hair?

It’s honestly one of my biggest pet peeves when any form of pride is watered down to just drag shows. A lot of people genuinely can’t tell the difference between drag and trans.
To vent for a sec, I’m a trans circus performer, I’ve never written a drag act, yet I frequently get called a drag artist because I’m trans on stage

That tracks with my experiences, the details like somehow cis people are better about gendering drag artists correctly than transgender audience members or how people just assume I like drag. I believe most of them think we’re some kind of kayfabe drag artists.
We need more queer spaces without tourists.
