My mind goes to bicycle infrastructure when I think about this. Everyone can cycle, and it has physical benifits for your health, which people of any class can appreciate. Additionally, even if you don’t want to ride a bike or use public transit, you’ll appreciate the roads being clearer, and populated with only those that want to drive. The funding for these things is political, and everyone benifits from them, even those too dumb to realize it.
