My Burning Wish is that wishes would get an errata to fetch exiled cards so that they’d be relevant in literally anything other than table top magic, especially for commander. I can’t imagine any situation in which that would be more broken than the myriad of existing things.
Exile used to be removed from the game. That’s why the wishes were briefly able to grab them. Now it is just another zone within the game.
