Yeah, kinda the point of sharing. I get that drivers can be assholes but this is the same bullshit just from guys wearing funny shorts taking their exercise too seriously.
There is no law that says they have to do that. In fact I’m pretty sure Florida law says take the full lane and doesn’t specify which one(s).
