having jaws that are too strong sucks. i chewed gum for years to be able to focus, and now i have constant headaches, no enamel on my teeth, and wake up with blood in my mouth whenever i forget my guard thing.
Has you doctor or dentist taught you how to massage the TMJ by chance?

not specifically but i have gotten many muscle relaxing techniques to try as well as self-ekperimentation, and i went as far as getting botox injections to dissolve the muscle fibers but nothing happened.
