At one point, Jason’s entire family is Yeerks, and he knows it. I think his mom was a Visser. They try to infect him, but he manages to get rid of the Yeerk somehow. He goes back to live with his infected family and pretends to be infected too so he can spy on the Visser possessing his mom.
Yeah, let’s just gloss over that part, shall we? Great series, but damn does it get dark.
