They’re employees.

These people only want to have relationships with people they can destroy if it doesn’t go their way.

Just because they’re both adults, doesn’t mean it can be fully consenting.

Even if it starts out 100% consenting, imagine sitting there one day at dinner trying to decide if ending the relationship also means ending your job.

These things are always about power imbalance with them.
