  • I think elections are legitimate, in that it’s two somewhat-competing friendly interests measuring public support for issues.

They both know that they depend on the other to blame for their “failures”, and neither party could survive on its own.

It doesn’t work with just one tag team; it’s like pro wrestling, you need two teams to put on a good show, a face and a heel.

  • Who thinks they’re exactly the same? Nobody. One is pro-trans, the other is pro-church, and we all know this (for one example).

They are bOtH anti-union, pro-billionaire, and pro-war. So… some people have a problem with this. To some people, these issues could even be more important to them than trans or church issues. and that’s okay.

This is an issue 24 months before an election, or 12 months, or 6 months, or 1 month. You’ll hear “bOtH pArTiEs” for the rest of your life, and it’s true! Best to come to terms with it.

eta Also, do remember that Trump was pro-trans and a Democrat. It doesn’t matter; they don’t really hold any convictions and will drop you like a hot potato at the first opportunity.

  • The minimum wage was supposed to be enough for one person to take care of a family of four and keep them out of poverty.

Now, the minimum wage is inadequate to support a person, let alone a pet or family.

Henry Ford, the first CEO of Ford Motor Co. made 50x more than his baseline employee.

Now, a starting employee for Ford makes about $18.00 an hour, $38,000 a year. Not enough to support any family (but more than minimum wage by far)

Now the CEO of Ford made $27,000,000 a year, or about $37,000.00 an hour. That’s over 700x more than a baseline employee.

(all approx. from duck duck go search)

  • Epstein and Clinton hung out a lot.

When you pretend that’s not the case, 70% (at least) of people know immediately that you are not to be taken seriously.

(40% of voters are independents, they all know that Clinton and other Ds were in Epstein’s circle, along with Trump and Rs… 30% of voters are republicans, and they know that Clinton and other Ds were with Epstein, along with Trump and Rs).

You should be ashamed of yourself to put it all on Trump and ignore Clinton, just pretend that he’s not there. Revolting.

    Trump-Clinton files. Say it.

  • Over 90% of Democrats want universal healthcare, along with over 60% of Independents and even 30%+ of Republican voters.

So, a huge majority of people in the USA want the same healthcare as Canada, UK, Japan, Poland… (huge list of dozens of civilized countries).

The Democrats have used this issue to win elections since the 1990s. The USA gives billions of dollars to people around the world, most of whom have universal healthcare themselves.

We’re the wealthiest of these nations by far, but unfortunately, the wealth is top heavy, and those wealthy people are paying US reps a gigantic pile of money to keep things as they are, so that they can make even more enormous piles of money.

That’s it, it’s pretty simple. IF ONLY we lived in a republic with representatives that work for their constituency!

    That would be neat.
