    Arnold’s story is fictionalized in the TV series ‘TURN George Washington’s Spies.’

    Very good show. Doesn’t shy away from showing George as a slave owner.

      yeah that show was entertaining, tho… it was complete BS in some historical facts, like the character John Graves Simcoe - the actor did a great job but it was all completely false, I mean at some point it just becomes misinformation. iirc there’s also a scene where Washington has some kinda psychedelic trip?

      However I think they did a pretty good job of showing Benedict Arnold’s story.

        I was certain that Simcoe was heavily fictionalized, because if the real one had been that badass the Patriots would have lost the War in 1777.

        I also liked the period details, like using eggs to send messages.
